Transforming Practices Programs and Supervision in 2018

In 2019 Transforming Practices Supervisors will continue to offer individual and group supervisionforums for those in pastoral care and ministry and supervisory training.

Our Next FORUM for Pastoral Carers, chaplains and supervisors

Wednesday September 18  2019Finding Sacred Ground  – a journey of Spiritual Connection
Charlie Trindall  Charlie is a Gamilaroi man from north western NSW. Charlie has extensive experience facilitating groups and communities in particular in areas of healing, Self-development and Aboriginal cultural expression.Pastoral care is about finding and valuing connection in those we spend time with. What are our places of connection? How do we understand connectedness and what is the meaning of being connected?
Charlie Trindall will offer an experience of the connectedness to land from the depth of the earth through which we are nurtured. Through an exploration of Indigenous connection to the land we may find deeper meaning in how we connect to mother earth and each other. This common reality is how we ground all meaningful and significant relationships. Can it be a support in the way we engage in pastoral conversations and relationships? Come and find out.
